A long winter
It's been a very snowy winter in Halifax. A few weeks ago, Will called Saturday the Snowpocalypse. He and Ben were out shovelling four times in two days. Ben enjoys sledding and climbing "ho mountains", but also enjoys eating snow a little too much. Ben's been very happy these days because he gets to spend lots of time with his Nana. He prefers "Nana days" to both school days and weekends, and Will and I definitely prefer mornings where we only have to wrangle ourselves out the door.
It's been an especially long winter for me, as we wait for the arrival of a new Flanagan to join our adventures. This is a picture of the very-little-person at 18 weeks (lying on "her" back- head to the right). The doctors said that the baby is "probably" a girl, and we have another ultrasound in a few weeks, when I expect them to change their minds.
We'd also like to share a picture of Ben after his first "real" haircut. Over the past few months, we've been home a lot. Will has been doing some DIY projects (including fixing up a new desk), Helen has been doing lots of sleeping, and we're all just about ready for Spring. We hope that the coming months will bring lots of opportunities to visit family and friends!

Thanks for the updates! Love all the picture and the cute video. :)
